Whilst working at Link Information Technology I was the main point of contact for several customers. I was responsible for the design, development and deployment of change requests as well as providing support for multiple bespoke .Net applications we provided.My main achievements at Link included redeveloping a customer’s e-commerce website to greatly improve sales and increase the average visits from several hundred to over 5,000 a day, designing and developing a new stock management system and developing a loan management system for one of the leading providers of guarantor loans in the UK.Working at Link also helped me to expand my knowledge of software development specifically with technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, jQuery, Dev Express and Umbraco CMS.

Whilst working for Bigblue Product Design I was responsible for managing the support and continued development of the company’s main retail websites as well as back end administration system. I worked closely with both the design and sales teams in order to implement change requests to improve the sales of Range Cookers and other appliances.Working at Bigblue Product Design gave me great exposure to working in an online retail environment. I also learned a lot about search engine optimisation and how to implement changes to improve rankings and online conversions.

At CJ Services I was a member of the development team responsible for developing and supporting the company’s internal systems. I also played a key role in the design and development of a new website and database used to recruit new employees.

Whilst working in the Applications Management department of Steria Limited I was involved in the development, maintenance and support of a variety of applications and systems for customers in both the private and public sector based in both the UK and abroad.

Worked as an Administrative Assistant for the HMRC Learning Resources division based in Riseholme, Lincolnshire.
