David is one of the markets few leading Design Managers that understands componentised construction design in the residential and educational markets, being responsible for the DfE Primary School Education Template Design- Through strong relationships and extensive work with the DfE the repeatable components of the template design resulted in the GEN 5 solution for the DfMA MMC framework and created an approach that is now being rolled out across all DfE directly funded schools.This expertise has resulted in a track record of successfully delivering award winning major projects such as; Tate Modern Bankside London, Magna visitor attraction Rotherham, London 2012 -Athletes Village Stratford London, Clarence Dock Leeds and Global Academy UTC London.’’
