By day, I am a high-tech robotics executive and engineer. With over 30 years of experience in industrial automation, sales, engineering, operations and business leadership, I have dedicated my career to driving innovation, creating better, more productive solutions and impacting just about every American industry.I am also a concerned citizen, who after founding a local life-skills and basketball camp, got involved in the issues when our local school district failed (academically and fiscally), our city government went bankrupt, and almost a dozen kids we knew got shot in separate incidents, with one great young man, sadly killed by another teen.I believe success is the only solution. I have journeyed the country to learn from winners and applied unique analytics to upend conventional wisdom. I care deeply about the next generation, the poor, working Americans and our nation. I contend today's politicians, professors and pundits are completely misdiagnosing the root causes to these problems and prescribing potions that poison. We are launching the new All American movement to educate the public, so we can impact our nation's ongoing economic, education, race and leadership issues. We are championing a set of innovative ideas. We believe we can cut poverty rates in half, quadruple the percent of poor and minority teens that are fully prepared to attend and succeed in college, and bring a smarter tax paradigm that helps All Americans Live The Dream.I have written two upending new books (Pimping The Poor; and, A Nation At Even Greater Risk) detailing what I have learned and propose.
