SelectHospitality Inc. is an IATA accredited group travel management company based in downtown Boise Idaho specializing in group hotel accommodations for college athletic teams.Our collegiate coaches partner with us to utilize our network, knowledge and relationships with hotels throughout the United States. We save them time and money on the hotel selection process for their team road schedule. We don't represent or endorse any specific hotel brand or company giving our coach client a range of hotel brands that fit their exact team needs, in any city they travel to.We also manage the hotel program for Youth Athletic Tournaments housing the traveling teams that compete in their tournaments. We have managed several tournaments in the Western U.S.Specialties: Our specialty is managing the lodging program for any athletic team needing hotel rooms for their team travel. We have a network of hotels and access to great group rates at our network of hotels that spans North America. We also handle ground transportation for our clients.

•Communicate with appropriate shift personnel with tool, process, and quality issues•Establish priority of machines and processes with Supervisor and Engineering•Complete Engineering tasks assigned to production•Ensure material is processed as efficiently as possible using multiple software programs•Qualify tools as needed or directed by Engineering •Assist with some tool errors depending on severity and knowledge of the error•Perform quality control through inspection of product for defects or miss processing•Perform periodic document review as assigned•Submit ECNs or other suggestions when changes in procedure are needed with issues that may arise on shift. •Work with the Manufacturing Tech 2 or cover for them to learn more about their responsibilities and gain experience with duties not performed on a regular basis•Mentoring co-workers •Assist with covering workstations
