• Accountable for a portfolio budget of $70M, ensuring all IT teams and efforts within Enterprise Architecture & Emerging Technology were delivered on time and on budget.• Planned and executed a multi-year $25M IT simplification effort with a primary objective to retire 50 applications across multiple IT ecosystems and achieve $12M reduction in recurring operating expenses.• Identified $3M of incremental savings towards the organization’s operating costs; executing on opportunities to rationalize our IT ecosystem as well as consolidate software in use.• Responsible for The Hartford’s Tech Currency Program, budgeted at ~$17M annually. • Led a team of senior enlisted Navy and Marine Corps personnel to train over 750 commissioned Naval Officers through a rigorous 12-week commissioning program.• Responsible for teaching leadership principles and concepts to directly commissioned officers, a program consisting of medical professionals who are transitioning into the military to apply their medical skills in the U.S. Navy.• Developed an effective change strategy and training needs analysis which resulted in the creation of a new leadership curriculum, to incorporate modern leadership principles and practices for commissioned medical professionals.- Led the ship’s navigation team through 2 deployments to the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean, comprising more than 12,000 miles of safe navigation for the ship and crew.- Managed the ship’s Fire Control/Ordinance Division, divisions responsible for major and minor caliber weapons and defense capabilities consisting of 19 personnel.
