Application Engineer
CurrentWorking within the Energy and Asset Management Function within the Metering & Billing Department, I am first point of contact for new and existing pre-payment client enquiries and queries. Involvement with setting up new upcoming projects/systems and working closely with Mobile Engineers to maintain and commissioning our prepayment Smart Meters.Updating internal systems with daily/monthly meter reads, analysing meter reading data which is used for detailed monthly reports for our clients and the customer service teams. Also investigating and checking missing meter reads identifying user or system trends. I am also technical support for the Metering and Billing Customer Service team, including testing new/existing applications with scenarios which can be used to assist in the response of customer feedback.Liaising across various departments including the engineering team, finance team and the Pre-pay and credit billing customer service teams.
