Worked with my team to ensure that the process was well documented, efficient and easily repeatable by all team members now and into the future.● Identified the need for, and lead the implementation of, quality assurance and change management processes for integrating systems with the eSignature platform DocuSign. Due to these processes two Salesforce platforms and two SAP platforms were successfully integrated with DocuSign, decreasing manual processes and increasing efficiency for their respective business divisions. ● Researched and implemented a new deployment methodology to address the challenges created by the necessity to work remotely, particularly for the upgrade to the 64-bit version of Office-365, as well as all future deployments.

This projected required constant engagement and communication with stakeholders to assess their needs and requirements, negotiations with the vendor, coordination of all internal and external resources across the United States and Europe, and regular status updates to senior business and technology executives.● Took ownership of two projects that were underway; redirected resources, removed bottlenecks, and created new processes that led to the successful implementation of solutions that provided the critical functionality required for the businesses to remain competitive in their markets. ● Developed and implemented a process improvement workflow for Incident and Problem Management Support, which led to an over 95% decrease in resolution time, while simultaneously allowing for a 50% reduction in support staff.
