Security & Controls Operations Controls Manager, responsible for all area operations security and controls in every country where ExxonMobil IT has direct support responsibilities. • Led the teams responsible for maintaining control documents, addressing irregularities, stewarding unit internal assessments (UIAs), audits and all remediation efforts.• Initiated, drafted and changed the policies to do electronic fixed asset verification on windows based hardware, which was a radical shift from physical asset verification. This effort was a step change reduction in time to verify 10s of thousands of PCs and Servers around the world.• Championed a centralized approach to UIAs which coordinated hundreds of activities across many dozens of people across Asia Pacific to validate and remediate security & controls related activities. This approach became a best practice replacing prior methods using disconnected spreadsheets that needed to be rationalized.
