David Cohn, Founder and CEODavid Cohn founded and served as the CEO of Regroup, a venture-backed company that helped to revolutionize the virtualization of mental health care delivery. Across his tenure, David raised $45mm from top tier VC firms, built a high performing executive team, grew the business rapidly, and ultimately merged Regroup with InSight Telepsychiatry to create market leader Array Behavioral Care. David served on Array's Board of Directors and acted as Chief Growth Officer at Array for the following two years. David’s prior work has ranged from strategic work with the CIOs of global companies, to a 27-month stint with the US Peace Corps. David was the Director of Sales and Service for Latin America, Spain, and Portugal with CEB. During those years, his time was split between 11 different countries. In 2018, Crain's recognized David's contribution to the advancement of mental healthcare by including him on their list of 40 Under 40. The National Peace Corps Association recognized David for the same the following year. He was also recognized by IE Business School as an "Epic" alum for his work building Regroup.David graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He holds an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. He and his wife Ana live with their three daughters in Chicago's north suburbs.
