We are the creators of The Bison Pan, an HVAC condensation drain pan. We are currently bringing The Bison Pan to market! We will be bringing the pan to market throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana and Florida, then later to the other Southern states. It will be sold through distribution wholesalers.

Managed: City, County, NTTA, TxDOT, DART relocations, as well as private entity developement, growth projects and System Integrity projects as it pertains to Atmos gas facilities within Dallas County. Officed in DallasFormally Managed: At Atmos Energy, I served as a Sr. Project Manager at the McKinney Service Center under the engineering umbrella. I help manage a regional area that covers most of Collin County. My duties consisted of; designing, estimating, secure funding, project cash flow projections, managing from start to finish City, Collin County, TXDOT, NTTA, DART, reimbursable, WAS and franchise projects. I also handled new service projects for developers and service requests for commercial and industrial customers. I have also been on several different committees within Atmos and external ones representing Atmos with several Cities and Counties. I worked on my projects using a combination of civil prints, GE Smallworld, ACE, CM+, Power Plant, Advantage, etc…. I have successfully managed hundreds projects from receiving the civil prints, walking the job site for needed information, researching leak history, design in GDO, estimating the project, sending the project out to bid, pre-bid meetings, creating work orders, sending the projects out to construction, working with the FCC’s during construction, posting the as-built, to the closure of the projects. I also handled Plat reviews, Pipeline easement reviews for crossings, change meter locations, city road and alley abandonments, etc…

As a Project Specialist at Southern California Gas Company working on the GIS NASA(Network Analysis System Automation) project. I worked on optimizing the Gas Company’s over 45,000 miles of distribution piping network, including supply systems. These systems include both medium and high-pressure networks. The primary system is an AM/FM CAD based system linked to customer load data. I helped develop and used several in house systems for extracting pressure districts and supply systems. These systems are: CIS, EDNA, Meter and Regulator system, Service History, etc…After validating pipe continuity and applied overall loading from the NASA system, I import the model into SynerGEE. All system were run from an NT workstation.SynerGEE is the software I used to do the actual gas flow analysis (modeling) of the pressure districts and supply systems. I would validate the model to a winter day and peak condition. This means all loads and connectivity were thoroughly checked and large customers hours of operation were calculated and placed as a point load, all other loads were aggregated along nodes on the elements. As well as producing models, I was responsible for several company projects, mostly in developing programs to help evolve our department and ease regional workload by finding needs in the region and incorporating their needs into our system. I was also the lead in showing the feasibility of converting the current system to a full GIS system for modeling in Geomedia Pro. The project proved feasible and paved the way to the current system being built using ESRI as the base GIS system. I also helped manage a project that automated the winter peak monthly load data compiling, cleaning and implementation of a yearly load data rollover.
