Significant experience in creating innovative start-ups within large organisations to develop significant revenue . I created Project Solutions which was a start-up growing from one person to 130 people. Developed the marketing, sales, strategy and delivery. Developed business with a number of new clients, managed relationships and developed a small project business delivering $15m a year. Also led the ideation and innovation of the business and leadership, raising four patents.Created an innovate team within Project Solutions developing Digital Solutions for our clients. Following the success of these innovative team added a new set of skills within the team to create a new start-up within KBR called Digital Solutions. this team created new business areas and and sustainability solutions for the energy transitions. The solutions the team created with my leadership are market leaders using ground breaking technologies.Focus of the digital team was on the innovative application of digital technologies to traditional and renewable energy projects. Created a new website so that clients can use as a SaaS or packaged solution offerings. Develop the whole business from small beginnings. Now part of the overall KBR digital strategy.In the last few years developed significant experience in creating a digital transformation developing new solutions. Experience gained in business developments, sales, marketing, branding, leadership, developing new business areas, commercial expertise and project delivery. Also took ownership for client engagement and client relationship management. As an acknowledgement of the above, made a ONEKBR Senior Tech Fellow (one of 33 in a company of 30,000). My role as a ONEKBR Senior Tech Fellow underscores my dedication to technical excellence and innovation. Driven to establish KBR as an indispensable ally in the realms of energy transition and digitalization. Significant experience in large EPC projects, creating a start-up in a large company, managing all aspects of a growing small project business including, engineering , business development, marketing, branding, commercial management and growing a business.Enthusiastically support education . Supported 18 university projects, both small mini multi-discipline projects a group final year projects. Also run intern teams over the past three summers to develop innovative projects.
