As an Assistant Head of School and a Primary School Teacher at Tall Oaks Academy Trust, I have been working to enhance the quality of education and learning outcomes for students across a network of schools. I have a Bachelor's degree in primary education from Bishop Grosseteste University and over nine years of teaching experience in various subjects and key stages.One of my core competencies is integrating multimedia and creative ideation into the curriculum development and delivery, especially in English and Computing. I have led the implementation of technology across the trust, as well as coached and supported other teachers in using educational technology effectively. I am passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration among students and staff, and preparing them for the future challenges and opportunities.
