The duties included management responsibility relative to the following: Management Reporting & Forecasting (Financial, Sales and Operational), Sales and Financial Budgeting, Processing and Review of Customer Rebate Payments, Creation and Implementation of an electronic system for purposes of pricing documentation, communication, authorization, audit and analysis. Also, Annual Physical Inventory Counts and Reconciliations, Customer Order Price and Cost Reconciliations (with feedback loop to improve estimates). Further, Business Analysis - Product, Product Group, Customer, Salesperson, Return on Customer, etc.

Represented a position reporting directly to the Group VP Finance/Controller of a $2.0 billion revenue business segment (of a $5B revenue NYSE company) comprised of defense industry companies. The responsibilities included: Management Reporting & Analysis of financial statements resulting in narrative reports, Biannual preparation of Group Financial Plan, Reviews of Division's Financial Planning Process, and Acquisition Analysis/Due Diligence participation.
