As operations manager with senior underwriting authority and full account management duties, my leadership yielded 30% premium growth ($5 Million dollars) over 3 years while maintaining Hanover’s profit initiatives.Designed and championed a risk-based process improvement to reprioritize the need for Underwriting approval on standard requests.
