• Assist in selecting Cadets for professional development training opportunities

• Responsible for providing oversight of current operations while providing guidance on tactical operations to the Commanding General
• Managed and maintained over $20 Million dollars’ worth of equipment with zero loss or deficiencies
• Received numerous accolades by the Commanding General and Deputy Commanding General with Establishment and operational set up for training missions in Korea, Japan, Australia and throughout the United States
• Nominated and awarded the Order of Saint Maurice which is a prestigious award given to a select number of infantrymen in the US Army for dedication and excellence

4/23 INF JBLM, Washington

• In charge of a 45-man unit. This included planning, resourcing and execution of the Platoon’s training while enforcing and maintaining good order and discipline in the soldiers of the platoon
• Management and accountability of over $1 Million dollars’ in equipment.
• Planned and executed over 50 missions while in Afghanistan with no loss of personnel or equipment
• Administrative management of the entire platoon which included annual evaluation reports on each soldier
• Recognized by the Chain of Command for having the best Platoon in the Unit
• Selected to help create the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for the entire unit which included instructing over thirty Team Leaders in the unit on the new SOP’s

Bravo Company 3/60th Fort Jackson South Carolina

• Performed duties in a Basic Training environment by leading, supervising, counseling and training over 60 initial entry training soldier’s which changed every 9 weeks
• Earned the Drill Sergeant of the Cycle twice for overall training and top scores in numerous physical and mental tests completed by the soldier’s in the Basic Training cycle
• In charge of the Honor Platoon three consecutive times in one year
