• Designed Cost Insight Design, a SAAS application for manufacturing cost analysis. CID is the first in a family of role specific applications intended to replace aPriori’s complex and data intensive legacy desktop.
• Conducted remote and field research with users and potential users in the US and other countries to discover user workflows and needs, Methods included surveys, contextual observation, focus groups, and user interviews.
• Generated designs and prototypes using a range of design tools including Adobe XD, Balsamiq, and Axure to represent those designs to development.
• Developed a company standards library of UX components, graphic standards, iconography, etc. to ensure consistent accessible appearance and behavior across a range of environments
