Extensive experience in:• Advanced technology development • Design, ground-rule & process integration • Program management with structured problem solving (8D, FMEA, etc)• Resist evaluation & characterization, • EUV, 193nm & 248nm lithography, • Optical and resist model calibration (OPC) • Computational analysis techniquesPh.D. research focused on nanoscale surface characterization and device physics, including the design, fabrication and characterization of novel opto-electronic hybrid device structures. This included significant work on ferroelectric thin-film surface mechanics, nanoparticle/porphyrin interfaces and device impacts. Research also involved the development of advanced instrumentation in the Nano/Bio Interface Center (NBIC) including expertise in advanced scanning probe microscopy techniques, low temperature electrical characterization, photonic instrumentation, spectroscopy & electron microscopy. Prior to Ph.D. M.S. research focused on direct printing of metal interconnects with pulsed Nd:YAG lasers on polymer substrates. Fabrication experience includes photolithography, plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), Reactive-Ion Etch (RIE), and sputter deposition.
