Recent chemistry graduate seeking to apply the knowledge and skills gathered over my four years of college. During my college career I have cultivated many skills required to further my career. I have handled many analytical instruments in laboratory settings, including gas and liquid chromatography, mass spectrometers, and thermogravimetric analysis, as well as more basic analytical instruments including infrared spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrometer, fluorescence spectrometer, and UV/Vis spectrometer.I was also involved in conducting research with a Professor at RIT. I explored attaching different ligands to a silver oxalate in order to lower the thermal decomposition in order to print on paper and fabrics.I’m interested in the field of inorganic chemistry, and material science. I want to make the world a better place and to be a part of technologies that push mankind forward into a better future. Technologies that include solar, hydrogen in the form of fuel cells, new types of batteries, and nanomaterials. I have long dreamed of making a breakthrough that can change our future and would like to put this desire and enthusiasm, together with my technical and non-technical skills, to work for a forward-thinking company.
