In my role as a customer support manager, I oversaw the customer service team that was responsible for the repairs and replacements of OEM/Wireless/Bluetooth hardware. Using Remedy, Oracle and Salesforce, I monitored the status of repairs from hand-off, to the engineers and technicians, and finally back to the customer. Working cross functionally, I was able to ensure the timely delivery of all repairs or replacements. I took the preexisting tracking system that monitored both incoming and outgoing RMAs which consistently had a 4-6 day turn around time and reduced it to a maximum of 3 days per customer. Upon receiving repairs, the OEM/Wireless/Bluetooth hardware was sent for testing and continuously monitored. I ensured that improvements to the tracking system were updated and communicated to multiple teams and users that were affected by the changes happening.

As a production manager, I was responsible for internal sales and the shipping department.My main focus was ensuring accurate ordering and shipments of product from onelocation to the next. Reaching out to other internal sales teams, I would facilitate a timelydelivery for each order. We would inspect orders pre-shipment for functionality and accuracy.I kept up to date records of my team’s work schedule to ensure each employee receivedcorrect compensation and approved time off requests while maintaining a fullyfunctioning staff. As a production manager it was my responsibility to ensure my team hadall the equipment needed for necessary job functions while maintaining a monthly budgetand inventory list.

• Responsible for contract negotiations with outside vendors (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.), employee training, interviewing, performance reviews, salary increase recommendations, ordering of shipping and office supplies, all shipments made from Cadence Design Systems, international and domestic; established procedures for receiving capital assets and loaner equipment; maintained and updated packing procedures for all shipments; introduced shipping and receiving survey based on performance and created visual presentations based on the results
