Fitness expert with mad skills in step, endurance training, strength and energy. I will make you do all the things that the other instructors and personal trainers are afraid to make you do out of their fear to lose you as a client or participant in their class. With me though, I don't care. If you stick with me, your endurance and fitness skills will progress to the point of a 20 year old athlete. I don't play games when it comes to teaching fitness classes. If you are serious about wanting to get into shape, then you will not find a more results driven class then the classes that I teach. Even my Zumba class is an exercise in developing endurance and cool dance moves.My classes are not designed to help you lose a few pounds. Instead though, my classes are designed to make you change the way you think about fitness and what you think you can achieve.I also love teaching zumba events. For the past two years, I was one of three instructors leading a zumba class on Canada Day in downtown Ottawa on one of the stages.
