Promise To Kate is a foundation my wife Elizabeth and I started in honor of our daughter Kate who was born with Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy. We raise money for Research at UF where the worlds leading researcher was hired a few months after Kate was born. We also raise money for Wolfson Children's Hospital, our local children's hospital that we are eternally grateful for. We also rasie money for effected family support programs.

In the 17 years of service to the Schultz Center, I have grown immensely as a manager, leader, innovator and “solutionist”. I have lead through startup phase in 2001 and through complete turnaround beginning in 2013. • Lead all facets of the three year turnaround of Schultz (beginning in 2013)• Instrumental in retaining team members and strategic hiring of new ones during financially tight turnaround• Took $1million+ annual operating deficit and turned it into $80k surplus/profit• Hired and worked directly with marketing team to generate over 2500 new clients• Lead team in generating over $550k in new annual revenue for facility usage• Introduced new products, services and customers to Schultz• Directed all areas of construction of 12 million dollar state-of-the-art facility • Managed all insurance for Schultz to include Liability, Health and D&O• Worked alongside CFO in building and developing annual operating budget • Wrote and developed all Standard Operating Procedures• Managed and designed network migration and expansion• Lead the design and implementation of the Schultz Statewide videoconferencing network• Managed the personnel, facility and technical operations of the center• Managed-purchased-designed-implemented all AudioVisual and IT network and end-user equipment
