I am an Associate at Mintz representing mid-market private equity sponsors, strategic investors, and family offices in the structuring and negotiation of leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and minority investments across multiple industries. I also advise private equity clients and their portfolio companies on contractual and commercial matters, legal due diligence, corporate governance, restructuring, and corporate advisory issues.Prior to joining Mintz, I was an associate at international firms in New York, New York and Sydney, Australia, and interned at Goldman Sachs in New York, New York. I'm a visiting lecturer at Harvard Law School and a member of the 2024 Boston Future Leaders Program 2024 Boston's Future Leaders Program, which is a 10-month leadership initiative by Harvard Business School and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business (on full academic scholarship), and a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney. I represented Georgetown University as a NCAA Division I varsity athlete. Prior to my time in the U.S., I was an avid Australian rules footballer, which included representing my state and winning a premiership with the Sydney Swans Reserves.Admitted in New York and NSW, Australia.
