Duties; Data cleanse, system testing, system implementation, bulk/macro data, error corrections, input and outputs, costing proposals. Tasked with setting up new procedures and implementing for bulk pension events such as benefit statements, batch GMP reconciliation, PI implementation and dependant pensions (child). This required extensive knowledge of DB and DC scheme rules and calculations as well as great attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and an ability to problem solve in order to overcome new problems whilst ensuring no disruption to the rest of the business. The work was based primarily with batch data corrections but also required ad hoc fixes for more complex issues.Scheme: Civil Service Pension
