• Headed up the Global Brand Team for one of the world's most iconic and successful video game IPs, achieving record breaking sales and product quality within my time in the role. Devised and implemented the long term.
• Ownership of the overall global Sonic brand road map with direct weekly reporting into "C" level management teams in Europe and North America, and monthly reporting into Japan HQ.
• Launched Sonic Boom to great success, the first Sonic TV show in 10 years. Number one kids show on Cartoon Network in its time slot, rolling out worldwide throughout 2015.
• Oversaw new era of commercial and critical success for Sonic the Hedgehog games division including the record-breaking Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games series (30m+ global sales to date on Nintendo Wii, Wii U and 3DS).
• Hugely successful launch of the IP within the mobile and digital sector including Sonic Dash (250m+ downloads) and Sonic & SEGA All-Star Racing (100m+ downloads).
• Oversaw all consumer-focused marketing and PR strategies and worked on multiple high profile creative work for various multi-million dollar global ad campaigns (leading to record-breaking sales).
