These properties included mostly 55+ communities, (2) golf courses, some all age/ family properties, as well as the operations and leasing for Commercial plaza units.Successfully negotiated with multiple resident groups to enter into long term rental agreements opting out of rent control.

As District Manager for the state of Florida I supervised 4 properties with over 1600 sites. The communities were a mix of 55+ and all age.
