Supervised all day to day operations in the Manufactured Housing division, consisting of 7 regions, 46 communities, 13,000 homesites, located in 8 states, as well as smaller commercial, retail and multi family portfolios.

Supervised Operations and Sales for the Nevada and California regions based out of the Costa Mesa corporate office. The regions at the time consisted of 2300+ spaces.Managed the operations for communities, as well as some investor acquisitions and commercial leasing. These properties included mostly 55+ communities, (2) golf courses, some all age/ family properties, as well as the operations and leasing for Commercial plaza units.Successfully negotiated with multiple resident groups to enter into long term rental agreements opting out of rent control.

General Manager for 638 site 55+ community. Negotiated long term agreement with current residents, created a strong sales operation and increased overall activities/customer satisfaction. As District Manager for the state of Florida I supervised 4 properties with over 1600 sites. The communities were a mix of 55+ and all age.
