Rejoined Wolff Urban Management as President of Hotel Operations for owned and managed hotels throughout the United States. Supervises operations for independent and Marriott, Hyatt and Starwood branded hotels with the portfolio.

General Manager/Area Director of Operations/Vice President – Hotel Operations: Hired as General Manager to open the 169-room Hilton Garden Inn in Garden Grove, CA - the company’s first Hilton branded hotel, and their first full service hotel with food & beverage. Promoted to Area Director of Operations in April 2000, and to Vice President – Hotel Operations in March 2003. Received the company’s “Excellence in Leadership” award in 2001, and “Business Award of the Year – 2002” from the Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce. Served as President of the Garden Grove Community Foundation in 2003.

Hired as General Manager at Holiday Inn Gateway Plaza, La Mirada, 290 Rooms. Increased occupancy five points despite the addition of a new 147-suite Residence Inn adjacent to the hotel. Increased G.O.P. from 14.6% in 1992 to 20.6% in 1993. Promoted to Hilton Burbank Airport, (486 Rooms) in November 1993 as General Manager. Increased occupancy from 60% to 76%, RevPar from mid $40’s to upper $70’s, resulting in EBIDTA growth from 18% to 45%. Supervised six group rooms managers, plus catering managers and convention service team. Received Hilton Direct’s National “Best to do Business With” Award in 1995. Member of Hilton’s National Advertising Committee, and Airport Hotels Committee; served as Vice President, Burbank Chamber of Commerce; Sales Cluster Lead, for Hilton Hotels Corporation - Southern California. Left the company due to sale of the hotel.

Hired as General Manager at Days Inn Los Angeles International Airport, 252 Rooms. Promoted to District General Manager in November 1988 to oversee opening of new hotel in Portland, OR. (Now a Courtyard by Marriott.)Promoted to Regional Vice President in July 1990, to oversee twelve additional properties (various flags), in California, Arizona and New Mexico. Winner of Tollman Hundley's 1990/1991 National Sales Incentive, (Trip for two anywhere in the World). Founding chairperson of the Southern California/Southern Nevada Days Inn Regional Alliance. Winner of 1991/1992 Days Inns of America Brand Awareness Award.
