As the Program Manager, I work with Police Chiefs, Sheriffs, and school administrators to develop the most up-to-date and effective ways to keep our children safe. The program consists of training, pre-planning, and mapping of all k-12 schools in the State of Washington. As the world changes, our look on school safety must too. We strive to provide the highest level of safety and training for all our school administrators, teachers, and children in Washington State.

I am the division assistant for the Critical Incident Planning and Mapping System. Through the use of the Rapid Responder program we provide schools and other organizations with tactical planning and training to provide the safest level of security available. Every public k-12 school in the the state of Washington uses the Rapid Responder program, which give dispatchers, emergency responders, and faculty a detailed pre-plan of how an emergency will be handled.
