Subject matter expert providing design, technical solutions, troubleshooting and recommendations for corporate infrastructure. The environment has a wide range of technologies requiring multiple skill sets. Provide support for VMware vCenter and ESXi Host, Red Hat Linux, and Microsoft Server OS versions 2003 through 2012 R2. Participate in daily project meetings and current issue meetings.

Duties include managing the full lifecycle of production IT systems, including planning, documentation, deployment, management and decommissioning. This includes a new backup infrastructure for +100 VM’s and +10 Physical Servers. Manage and update SCCM 2012 sp1 server to deploy packages and updates to Microsoft Servers and Client workstations. Followed ITIL based processes and procedures while supporting +1,000 windows servers globally. Systems included Windows Server and Active Directory 2008 R2/2008/2003 R2/2003. Supported mutiple Windows 2003/2008 Clusters connected to SANs. As a Change Supervisor and member of the Change Advisory Board, presented change plans, and reviewed other member’s proposals at weekly change board meetings. Changes often required coordination among multiple groups. Additionally I participated in incident management Service Restoration Team (SRT) to resolve outages and problem management to provide root cause analysis. Created and updated documentation using templates based on ISO guidelines.
