• Over twenty years’ experience with design of high-end residential projects.• Research building materials and construction methods for emerging building technologies.• Interpretation of client’s design comments/ideas to provide a cohesive and unique design which meets design standards.• Management and implementation of project phases, including: schematic design; design development sets; construction documents; detailing; specifications; and integration of structural, HVAC, and MEP requirements.• Project submittal management: obtain, track, and review contractor/consultant submittals, such as foundation design, structural specifications, HVAC drawings, building materials samples, and review of building components.• Construction administration throughout entire duration of construction, including: schedule/attend on-site meetings with contractor/consultants and client, review on-site sample submittals, review/approve change orders, provide addition/revised drawings, review construction process for authorization of payment and final walk-through review.• Ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously and assign duties to applicable personnel.
