I covered the state of Florida retail sales locations for Fishman. I trained store sales staff so that they could properly represent our products to customers. I also maintained our product in these store locations and insured proper product placement, pricing and display. I coordinated with touring demo artists to insure best outcomes for product demonstrations in retail locations.

I trained retail sales people so that they could properly represent our product to customers. I insured maintenance of our instruments at these same retail locations. I covered all of Martin's 'big box' retail outlets on the east coast from Maine to Virginia.

I covered the Guitar Center retail store locations for the state of Florida. I was responsible for product training for all guitar sales people. I was also responsible for insuring proper display of items, maintaining functionality of inventory and proper pricing. I was involved in the creation of online training materials and the creation of training materials for publication for internal distribution. I was also involved in 'build-out' of new retail store locations and training of new store staff.I was also responsible for tracking sales at the store locations in my coverage area, recommending inventory changes and assuring staff compliance with sales directives relating to guitar floor sales and merchandising.

Phone sales, special projects. Worked with manufacturing and instrument design for Stromberg. Worked on the redesign and return to period-correct tuner buttons for Kluson. Involved with initial marketing campaign for Tone Pros.

Guitar tech for Mike Britt. Maintain and repair guitars and amps. Setup for performances, maintain the rig and instruments during performances properly pack the rig for transport.

Maintained Steve's instruments and amps at home and on the road. Set up his guitars and amps for shows, maintained them during the shows and insured they were properly packed for transport.

Setup, maintained and repaired John Kay's guitars and amps at home and on the road. Setup for shows, maintained instruments and amps during the show and insured they were properly packed for transport.

Established Gibson's factory warranty repair shop. Established procedures for proper repair of instruments. Built tools, repair desks, spray booth and storage areas. Repaired instruments, both acoustic and electric, vintage and new.

Primarily a repair luthier. Refret, refinish, electronics, modifications, neck sets, bridge resets and replacements. Also did retail sales of new instruments. New lines included Heritage, Santa Cruz and Breedlove.

Worked in repair and in production of new instruments. Repairs were primarily of high end vintage instruments. Memorable examples were a top repair and refinish of a D'Angelico New Yorker and a complete restoration of a Loar period F4. I also assisted with production of new instruments, primarily handling joinery and routing duties.

I taught into to microeconomics and intro to macroeconomics.

I was responsible for scouting new areas for fundraising potential, guiding teams of canvassers through those areas. Insuring team safety, message in the field, and meeting fundraising goals.
