I am a Software Engineer with 10 years of experience having worked in FinTech building applications ranging from scraping data from the web for various watchlist and compliance data sets, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)/ELT (Extract, Load, Transform), all the way to web applications and web APIs used to manage risk and compliance. The past few years I have gained experience in Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals engaging in implementations of PDR and EDR utilizing bespoke infrastructure as well FHIR services in Azure and implementing HITRUST certification requirements.No matter what the task is, I always work to get it done and have it done right the first time with a strong emphasis on extensibility, performance, re-usability, and clean code to make future work easier and faster not only for myself but for any other Engineer who might work on it. The customer or product owner would also be pleased with the delivered solution as it would meet all their basic needs and maybe even have a few extra things thrown in. I make a point to regularly and clearly communicate with any stakeholders or customers to understand their needs and iterate on the solution to ensure they get what they need as fast as possible with the highest quality result possible.
