Responsible for the Strategic Development, Growth and Management of the Industrial Sector within Premiere People across 14 locations throughout the UK & Eire, with a key responsibility for sales performance, business development, compliance, staff training & development and maximising profitability out of each location. Duties included; staff recruitment, staff induction training, staff appraisals and reviews, key client meeting and reviews and the scheduling and running of National Sales Days and Competitions. Actively participated in and delivered cross brand (Cordant Group) business initiatives and roll outs within Premiere People.

Branch Manager of branches throughout NW of UK, initially based in Manchester before moving to Liverpool to open a new Industrial and Driving Branch (Northern Industrial Branch of the year 1998 & 1999) whilst recruiting staff, and mentoring managers in new locations in Ellesmere Port, Birkenhead, Chester and Wigan, before moving to Warrington to troubleshoot and turnaround a underperforming multi sector branch and opening a satellite branch location in St Helens.
