Business consultation and engagement with stakeholders at all levels to understand and agree desired outcomes.Conducting TNA for individual business functions.Creating training plans in conjunction with the 6 HRBPs for their Divisions.Design, delivery and development of training interventions and learning programmes. Delivering and developing company wide development programmes.The evaluation of learning interventions and the success of transfer into the workplace.Reporting of ROI metrics to the board.Coaching and developing of management at all levels.Coaching and development of the training team to ensure continued relevance and value.Building a network of external learning providers to keep up to date with L&D practices and new learning options.

A corporate learning and development events company were I was responsible for business development and designing learning solutions. As a new start company I quickly brought on some major clients such as Aegon, RBOS, Crown Prosecution Service and Scottish Water to name a few.
