More recently, I have been working in the food industry in the field of food safety and auditing.I hold an honours degree in Chemistry and Biology, am a Chartererd Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and a Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers. I am also a Certified Hypnotist and have an interest in complementary therapies particularly in helping people to develop their abilities, performance and self confidence.
