THAAD BSITE - Provided SME support for Patriot and PAC-3 Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) integration in the areas of Test and Evaluation, Configuration and Data Management, and Systems/Software Engineering. Provided SME support for adding, modifying and/or deleting Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Prime Item Development Specification (PIDS) in support of BSITE 5.5.0 update. Provided support for porting BSITE software from Solaris/Sparc to x86 and MSE integration efforts. Developed Test Plan, Unit Integration Tests (UIT) and execution scenarios in support of BSITE porting and MSE integration. Developed, executed, and verified scenarios for MSE unit integration testing. Proficiencies include: JIRA and DOORS 9.6 (to include importing, modifying and executing DXLs).

Responsible for Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, Redline Reviews, Peer Review Processes (PRP), and Process Change Records (PCR) for Domestic (PM-UH Modernization) and International (PM-UH FMS) programs. Developed Flight Management System (FMS) Interface Control Document (ICD) level requirements with full knowledge of word and Bit structure contained within Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) ICD's. Experienced with Global Air Traffic Management (GATM), RNP RNAV and associated Military and Civilian regulations. Developed Software Test Document (STD) used to perform verification and validation testing of established SRS and OSD requirements. Provided PM ASE support of Common Infrared Countermeasures (CIRCM) and Common Missile Warning System (CMWS) development and testing. Developed and managed TEMP for CMWS integration testing. PM Command Post Systems & Integration (CPS&I) PM support in the acquisition, development, integration and testing of the Harbormaster Command and Control Center (HCCC) ACAT I program. Managed and directed the engineering effort with responsibilities that included compliance with Capabilities Design Document (CDD), Key Performance Parameters (KPP), approval authority for Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), Test and Evaluation Management Plan (TEMP), Technology Readiness Review (TRR), Safety Assessment Report (SAR), Human Factors Engineering (HFE) and IMS. On-site government support of Global Command & Control System (GCCS), Movement Tracking System (MTS), and Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3) integration. Successful completion of Design Verification; saving a $95M program from being cut. Planned and supported environmental testing of HCCC at Army Research Lab (ARL). Support development of Capabilities Production Document (CPD), Statement of Work (SOW), and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for Low Rate of Initial Production (LRIP).

NAVAIR support for CH-47F Transportable Flight Proficiency Simulator (TFPS). Developed SEMP, TEMP, and SAR, in support of MWO's for CMWS 5th Sensor and TFPS program. Developed ATP for TFPS as approval authority for software integration.
