Lead the global Total Rewards function for Alcoa. Responsible for the strategic planning, design, and administration of the company’s compensation and benefit programs.

Led Total Rewards and HR Operations for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Areas of responsibility included Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, and HR Shared Services. Temporarily led Talent Acquisition from 2019 to 2020, until a new talent leader was identified.

Returned to Pentair in June of 2015 to lead the company's global broad-based compensation and benefits functions. Led a number of strategic initiatives including the HR due diligence and separation work stream for the sale of Pentair's Valves & Controls business ($3B), covering over 8,000 employees.

Led Carlson's global compensation and benefits function through sale of TGIFridays and separation of Carlson Rezidor Hotels and Carlson Wagonlit Travel into independently operating companies. Partnered with Carlson's leadership team and HR Committee to develop, implement, and administer rewards strategies, policies and programs to align with new business scope and structure.

Following Pentair's acquisition of Tyco's Flow Control business, led Executive Compensation and Benefits, reporting to SVP of HR for Pentair.

Led Pentair's global compensation function, including executive compensation, equity administration, and global mobility. Partnered with Pentair's leadership team and Compensation Committee to develop, implement, and administer rewards strategies, policies and programs. Led HR due diligence and day 1 readiness for acquisition of Tyco's Flow Control business, which doubled the number of employees from 15,000 to 30,000 and revenues from $4B to $8B.
