Profile bio

About David Craig

I am passionately committed to using a data-driven approach to educational reform. In my professional experience, I have seen the adoption of this approach transform school cultures. However, I no less believe that the only way such data-based reforms can be realized, is for schools to do everything they can to nurture and empower talented and motivated classroom teachers. As a result, my vision and approach to school leadership consists of the following: roll up my sleeves and get in there, alongside of classroom teachers, to strengthen what works, solve critical problems and nurture the practices that lead to student growth and success. Being a great school leader is very much akin to being a good classroom teacher i.e. it's passionate interpersonal communication.

Listed skills include Staff Development, Teaching, Research, Educational Leadership, and 12 others.
