I recently retired from full time employment but have been asked if I would consider part time consultancy work helping to build new claims propositions and differentiators which is where I left off from my last company.I am a successful Claims/Supplier Manager with extensive experience of managing Home Travel and Motor Claims Operations as well as extensive supplier management experience. My experience has been gained predominantly in customer facing roles although I have also managed complex personal injury teams. I introduce and develop initiatives and build propositions which deliver great service targetting customer ease.
