I provide predictive modeling support to Urban Science's automotive clients. I use R and SAS to develop data processing and modeling scripts. I work with the application development team to embed my models into our software solutions. I also work with the client teams to explain to them the results of my analysis.Models developed: 1. Customer scoring models to predict the probability that a customer will purchase a vehicle. 2. Affinity models. Given that a customer is going to purchase a product, the model predicts which product the customer going to purchase next. 3. In Market Timing models: Used survival analysis to determine when customers will be back in the market for their next new vehicle purchase or repair order. 4. Loyalty modeling: Modeled customer behavior for brand loyalty to determine the characteristics of customers which are most likely to churn. 5. Fraud Modeling: Identified customer purchase/lease/service surveys most likely to be fraudulent for the OEM to audit.The results of my analysis include: 1. Score code to be embedded in our systems 2. R Shiny web application for internal use 3. Excel spreadsheets with embedded statistical models for proof of concept work.
