I am responsible for the initial analysis, recommendation and implementation of PPC plastic card printing solutions to our clients in the southern states of Australia.Since taking on the role in 2012 I have implemented over 1000 card printing systems into a wide variety of industries across Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Nations and more recently Japan. My knowledge of card printing systems across all brands and OEM platforms allows me to implement comprehensive business solutions truly tailored to individual requirements.My knowledge in plastic card printing extends from entry level single issuance point solutions, to fully integrated RFID/NFC encoding instant card issuance solutions, and all the way through to 1,000,000+ card per year industrial volume centralised card issuance systems.My ultimate goal is to ensure customers receive the best possible outcomes from our card systems. This is achieved by proposing meticulously crafted systems that are adaptable to future changes, and by delivering versatile solutions that can provide benefits to multiple facets of an organization.

As a member of the Sleepmaker Product Development Team I worked alongside our marketing team to develop award winning bedding products which were eye catching and also strategically designed to achieve various business goals.My main tasks were the initial cost accounting of new products and utilising my manufacutring knowledge to offer appropriate recommendations to the the National Product Managers on how to effectively build new product innovations using existing plant resources.I was also the Product Manager of Sleepmaker's Independants product range which was Sleepmaker's most widely available range on offer and is sold by independant bedding retailers all around Australia. I was responsible for the initial new product planning, individual product market positioning, product design, cost accounting and eventually the final product development for retail presentation for the entire Sleepmaker Independant bedding range nation wide.

I administered a large number of high net wealth investment portfolios and self managed superannuation funds.Tasks included electronically and physically filing documents for all our managed portfolios and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds as well as manage and maintain current stock and asset values, dividend statements and tax obligations so that customers could view up to date information about their portfolios in live time online. I was also responsible for administrative requirements of benefit payments and contribution depositss.My role also required the preparing all the superfunds and investment portfolios for their annual tax return and regulatory audit at the end of each FY.

Dex Group specialise in the wholesale branding of 3-dimentional promotional products by way of Pad Printing, Screen Printing, Laser Engraving and Plastisol TransferMy role was centreed around preparing pre press artwork proofing for production and managing production timelines of all incoming orders.Prepping artwork would include redrawing or vectorising artwork in Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw into a suitable format for pad print plate and screen developing. During my role I also solely developed the Dex Group company website as well as their new promotional product sales website called 'The Stress Shape Shop'. I also developed line drawings for the 200+ products on offer allowing customers to get a visuallisation of what their artwork may look like on a particular product.I also looked over overseas product sourcing and production, developing custom stress shape designs and liasing with our China office to produce custom product orders to our customers specifications.
