Manage residential-community construction projects including single-family detached homes and multifamily town homes. Primary responsibilities include scheduling and inspecting all phases of construction, coordinating city and third party inspections, conducting customer orientations as well managing overall customer satisfaction for new customers, and manage warranty and service requests for existing customers. In addition to these primary responsibilities I also act as the Division Safety Representative for Jacksonville and Daytona. This role includes conducting regular safety audits and providing monthly safety training for the division.
