Promoting, leading and managing organisational change is what David Cross does best. His diverse career spanning 30 years has seen him successfully direct small (10) and larger (340) teams in the private, not-for-profit, and government sectors.In previous roles across a range of industries, be it as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), General Manager (GM) or Company Director, David has been able to fulfil his passion for innovation, growth and organisational development. With a decade in the Energy Sector he has now been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer for Energy Skills Queensland. Prior to this he was the COO for Master Electricians Australia (2015-2018), a consultant driving business improvement initiatives with the Ranbury Management Group (2014-2015), and the GM for Energy Solutions at Ergon (2008-2014). He remains a committed member of the Queensland Government’s Mentoring for Growth Panel.
