I have over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently as a senior product manager at Barclays. Here I led the digital adoption team of Product Managers for internal and external platforms. I am passionate about creating frictionless and engaging customer experiences, and empowering frontline colleagues to assist customers in their journey to digital adoption.
