Responsible for leading and developing a team of 7 colleagues across the UK with a primary accountability of driving customer adoption of the Barclays app. Responsible for engaging with and educating, 14,000+ Barclays frontline colleagues on all things digital utilising internal comms, demos and roadshows to achieve adoption. Responsible for providing customers with full working demos of the Barclays App in Branch and on the public.co.uk website.Achievements- Created and delivered internal demos of all Barclays Digital platforms to enable 14,000+ frontline colleagues assist customers in their journey to digital adoption friction-free.- Influenced an increase in colleague assisted registrations to the Barclays app from 250,000 per annum to 500,000 in just 12 months.- Delivered a dedicated 'Banking from home hub' on Barclays public site during Covid 19 to enable vulnerable customers to manage their finance digitally during pandemic lockdowns.- Successfully onboarded a software company to Barclays Global Supplier List to enable the creation of the above demos on the public website.

Responsible for a team of 15 analysts based across 8 locations including India, who delivered regular reporting and bespoke insight to senior leaders across Branch Network, Digital & Telephony and the Barclays UK Board. Accountable for regular reporting used by 14,000+ frontline colleagues and leaders to ensure a balanced view of KPIs covering commercial, customer, regulatory and colleague metrics. Achievements- Led the strategy for improving the actionable insight delivered to all leaders from ExCo down to mid-senior level Branch & Telephony leadership.- Created and delivered a new internal reporting suite to enable leaders and colleagues to manage performance across key KPI's to support business growth and customer outcomes.- Evolved the delivery of Monthly Business Review papers from PowerPoint presentation to interactive Tableau dashboards.

Responsible for creating regular key KPI reporting and bespoke performance insight packs for the Managing Director of Digital Banking and his leadership team. Managed a team of 4 who delivered regular reporting to the Telephony Senior Leaders at Barclays Contact Centres UK & India. Accountable for creating new regular reporting to the Digital Banking team in Barclays following the launch of the Barclays App in 2012.Achievements- Consistently viewed as an SME in Digital data resulting in frequent delivery of adhoc pieces such as supporting with Press Releases & presentations for the British Banking Authority on behalf of Digital Leadership team.- Evolved the existing Telephony reporting structure and content to ensure that it met the newly created Performance Framework following a Barclays own internal review by Anthony Salz in 2013 which said the bank needed a "transformational change" to restore its reputation among the public.
