Director of the firm’s UCITS, QIF and Cayman funds, the group’s AIFM and a non-UCITS management company.

Responsible for day-to-day management of the fund ranges including: accounting and valuation; selection, management and oversight of the service providers; the introduction of new functionality for the funds (e.g. country registrations, dilution levies, performance fees); new product launches and fund closures.

Planned and executed fund-related initiatives, including fund launches, share class launches and amalgamations. Established and monitored accounting policies and procedures for complex financial instruments and fair valuation. Regularly assessed service provider performance and controls through on-site visits, and periodic due diligence reviews. Coordinated annual audits and reviewed audit findings to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practice.
