Corporate Affiliate Sales*Position Dell's portfolio of hardware and software including 3rd party to customer base.*Acquisition, Development and Retention of corporate and global accounts.*Establish customer relationships with appropriate customer contacts to gain highest levelof commitment.*Provide technological advice on servers, storage, software and hardware as well as various levels of peripherals.*Identify and close large software and hardware opportunities within each account to attain quarterly and yearly goals.*Resolve difficult customer situations with effective solutions for the overall good of DellInc and our customers.*Manage expectations and enhance the customer experience in cooperation with the external and internal account teams,*Internal duties included account setup as tax exempt, advice on leasing, and net terms.*Internal software used DOMS,LMS, RAMS, Excel, word, power point.

Liaison to U.S.Customs, FAA. Release Inbound and outbound international freight

*Primarily responsible for daily, weekly, monthly financial deposits for Delta Airlines freight facility.*Directly responsible for continual interaction with U.S. Customs, F.A.A. and freight brokers by processing and releasing inbound and outbound international and domestic freight.*Attained I.A.T.A. certification for the processing of dangerous goods products.*Trained and managed all new prospective employees in the air freight facility.
