Senior Service Desk Analyst 1st and 2nd line Senior Support Analyst working in a fast paced, multi-client Service Desk team. First point of contact for numerous high profile clients and customers, resolving where possible at first contact, logging and resolving a variety of incidents via phone and email, whilst adhering to strict ITIL standards and SLA guidelines. Incident management tools used in day to day management include: Service Now, Webfirst, ITSM and Customer First software. Other ITIL grounded tasks include: client escalations, change and problem management processes, and liaising with clients, internal/external third line support and third party support providers. My technical duties include support through to resolution where possible of a wide array of desktop, network, software, hardware, Windows and Linux OS issues, all requiring excellent caseload management skills. These duties include desktop support across multiple OS’s and all products therein, supporting numerous clients and thousands of end users. Server Support across a wide range of environments, clients and infrastructures. Support, troubleshooting and network administration within AD, AV, BES, Citrix, Exchange, File Restores (Tivoli, Networker, Symantec), FTP/SFTP, Hardware faults, IIS, QED’s, Security Permissions, VPN, Wyse. Bespoke application support across: Cisco Unity, LYNC/OCS, Microsoft Products, Mimesweeper, PINSafe, Safeboot, Signify, WorkPro and others. I also have in-depth corporate client experience of providing support to users of financials products such as Agresso and Cedar. My own personal first-time resolution rate on the Service Desk was 76%, which was regularly the highest on the desk and allowed me to assist the junior members with technical resolutions. I was also responsible for maintaining client technical documentation and processes and the training and support of other engineers.
