The primary objective of the Head, Providers, Portfolio and Providers was to maintain and grow a unique portfolio of Universities that leverage OUA’s product to underpin our position as Australia’s leading Higher Education marketplace.My role delivers on three critical customer outcomes:• Develop and work through product teams to deliver the product strategy and governance framework of OUA’s product that supports our University Partners commercial relationships;• Develop and drive the growth of OUA’s portfolio of University Partner relationships to deliver more choice for students and value to our university partners; and• Ensure that processes and procedures are in place to deliver products and services that articulate to OUA’s and our University Partners strategic and financial aims.

The Head, Learning Quality and Student Success was responsible for:OUA’s Quality Agenda- ensuring that educational offerings across multiple OUA business lines (specifically HE and OTI) are of a high quality, are accessible, cost effective and provide an effective online learning experience for students. Monitoring of each educational offerings in terms of the quality key performance and liaising with stakeholders are key elements of this role. the oversight of the development and management of learning support mechanisms to both new and continuing students (HE & OTI), including Preparatory Units, Tutorial Support services such as SmartThinking, Student Success Hub, Scholarships and Student Equity functions (Special Circumstances, Coaching, Counselling). This also includes Student success and retention activities and related supplier contracts and relationships.Portfolio Operations, product catalogue management, annual handbook publicationsVocational Education Training and Assessment

I lead four teams of professionals; Learning Design, Educational Technology, Quality, and Learning Analytics and Development.

I was responsible to the the development of innovative approaches to business processes, teaching and learning, and research through the use of existing and emerging technologies.

Led a central team to deliver professional development, instructional design, e-learning consultancy and multi-media development to Higher Education and TAFE staff; additionally responsible for the development of physical teaching spaces, and technological and pedagogical impacts.

I headed up a unit that provided educational development, curriculum development, and e-learning support to staff in Higher Education.
