The Head, Learning Quality and Student Success was responsible for:OUA’s Quality Agenda- ensuring that educational offerings across multiple OUA business lines (specifically HE and OTI) are of a high quality, are accessible, cost effective and provide an effective online learning experience for students. Monitoring of each educational offerings in terms of the quality key performance and liaising with stakeholders are key elements of this role. the oversight of the development and management of learning support mechanisms to both new and continuing students (HE & OTI), including Preparatory Units, Tutorial Support services such as SmartThinking, Student Success Hub, Scholarships and Student Equity functions (Special Circumstances, Coaching, Counselling).
