I have had some wonderfully intelligent mentors and management that have trained and taught me in the ways of client relationship building, bank operations, professionalism, and Lean Waste management. When I work on a daily process, I look for ways to make it better and more efficient, because no process is in its best form. I always desire to make things better and open lines of communication between departments where there has traditionally been very little.I have traveled the United States and to countries in Asia. I can work with people of all backgrounds and personalities and I enjoy it. Challenging tasks and new projects to learn and overcome are areas that I enjoy as part of my work environment.
