Reporting to the Director of strategy and planning, I was responsible for developing and implementing forecasting methodologies, processes and reporting for the British Army recruitment pipeline, Capacity demand forecasting for the regional recruitment teams and the National Resourcing Centre and KPI forecasting vs contract and budget plans, using AOM Workware. I work collaboratively in partnership with Capita operational and Finance stakeholders, change project teams and also with Army partners to deliver process aligned models and reporting, developing a culture of proactive insight and analysis to enhance and improve candidate throughput and operational effectiveness.

Reporting to the Finance Director, I was employed to launch Resource Planning as a function across all front and back office departments for Butlin’s resorts. Analysis of dynamic demand driven and fixed task activities led to the development of dynamic, multi-layer demand profile models. I developed and documented the process to build the demand curves into the workforce management tool (SAM) and I compiled analysis to drive way of working changes that would enable more efficient rostering and analysis against demand. I also created and delivered a Butlin’s wide Capacity Plan that aligned the tactical demand and rostering process with budget modelling and strategic change management processes, supported with engagement briefings and reporting collateral.

Reporting to the head of Capacity Planning for Barclays Premier SkyBranch, this was a 4 month contract to support the design and planning strategy for a replacement WFM system. I conducted a review of all current planning and reporting processes, mapped them to the new system functionality and to the related training material, ensuring that the new processes were aligned to newly defined team roles and responsibilities. Documentation to support the transition of processes was compiled and handed over at completion.

Reporting to the Operations Director, I was a member of the Senior Management Team on a contract to deliver remediation services across PPI and PBA for Lloyds Banking Group. Manager of 3 managers and a team of 5 analysts that supported Operational delivery for 550 FTE across multiple workstreams through the provision of robust resource planning, MI provision & financial planning. I partnered with operational colleagues at all levels in the definition and delivery of several operational efficiency projects and offered insight and analysis to deliver service for the optimum cost and quality, and with the Resourcing team to ensure resource levels were managed in line with the contracted target operating model and recruiting deadlines. The role was not extended post probation due to delivery of planning process efficiencies and role requirement changes.
