Programs provided were M&A, raising capital, sales and marketing restructuring, building new management teams and forging key strategic partnerships.

A leading provider of wireless data solutions in North America for workers in the distribution and field services industries. Initially took over this company in a corporate restructuring program. Rebuilt the complete infrastructure of the company, created a new senior management team and raised all necessary capital. Developed a new Windows version of mobile worker solution that was then applicable to hundreds of new verticals.

A subsidiary of Shaw Communications, Shaw Mobilecom was one of Canada's largest wireless paging companies. initiallt strategically restructured a poorly performing regional wireless company ( NPC Paging-Montreal), the company then successfully grew to eventually be purchased by Shaw Communications. Become a national wireless carrier by completing a successul acquisition of National Pagette. Revenues doubled in a 2 1/2 year period.

Strategic responsibility for migrating the computer services group to a more major account and national focus. Developed new market direction in networking services and computer warranty service provision with many of the leading PC and Network companies in Canada. Member of Bull's International Committee, pioneering global servicing agreements with leading corporations.

Designed and then executed a corporate restructuring program that saw Datapoint Canada transform from primarily a hardware manufacturer to the personal computer and network services industry. Quickly became one of Canada's leading Third Party Service and Warranty providers. Developed a strategic working relationship with USA based Intelogic Trace to then provide North American coverage. Very positive program resulting in Intelogic Trace buying Datapoint Canada one year later.
